Im feel insulted, by McCain's decision to bring Palin along. He only chose her because she is a woman, and not for any other reason, other than she is easy to control and do as he says. I use to have some respect for John McCain, but that went down the drain when he chose Gov. Palin to be his running mate. I found it cynical and manipulative. (To give him some credit, his first choice was Lieberman - but the Republican base wouldn.t have that!) It reminds me of of Poppa Bush and his nomination of Dan Quayle. The Republicans don't exactly have a good track record with their VPs in the last 50-60 years: Tricky Dickey, Spiro Agnew, Qualye, Cheney, and now Palin.
